Question about Javtokas and Scola

I was just curious about their status, I have heard a bunch of things from different people, but I was wondering what rights we have to them, and what our chances of picking them up are?

Just hang in there until July and then the picture should clear up quickly. Chances for Javtokas look high if his legs please our doctors. Scola medium, still under contract with current team one more year and buyout price uncertain.
