Can you believe it was a year last Thursday I had my retirement ceremony?

Where the hell did the year go?

Anyways, I don't mean to only post about twice a year... the new job
frowns about "forum" participation... And with three kids and the other
crap in my life... well, you know.

Anyways, I know I can find the answer to my questions here...

I want to start a "running blog"... any hints on where to start?

I'll try harder, promise...

I only get on the home computer about once or twice a week... and that is to watch the Twins on MLB.com... or to repair the damage my 9 year old, 6 year old, or three year old have done to it...

Running is going well... I emailed the Express News to ask if I could contribute to there fitness section... It came to me on my 8.6 mile run Sunday morning...

I've been running since I was about 13 (I'm 42 now)... and figure I have a lot to offer..
