left in him? I say at least a good 5 or 6, maybe a tad more. What do you guys think?

He's about 28 right?

If he keeps playing as wrecklessly as he does now, it could be a few games...weeks, months. But my guess, barring major injury, is he still plays at a high level for another 4-5 years.

Gino will be 29 on July 28.

I'd be very happy with 3.
If he goes for 5-6 more, so much the better.

He should be 3 out of 4 on Championships now, I won't be over that unless they title next year. Please_dont_ban_me is right, he is only an injury away from it all ending. That is why teams need to pursue and get titles when they can, not assume the future looks rosey. Hear that Popavich?

How good was Phx lookin at the end of last year with Amare?

I am hoping for two more years at the same or similiar level to what he has played the last two seasons.

Deep down though I am worried he might be on the decline because of his constant naggining injuries, age, and thus maybe a decrease in explosiveness.

As an NBA player, probably 5-6 years. As a starter, probably 2-3 years. As a hottie, I give him about 30-40 years. His dad is handsome, so I'll give Manu the benefit of the doubt.

What is there to doubt? Gino is good looking. :)

I say four or five. He needs to try to avoid injury.

3 more years at the level he is capable of now.

This contract, then he'll be done at a high level of play (2010). He just runs at high RPMS all of the time, and that's going to take it's toll. I think Manu takes more hard fouls than probably any player but Shaq. They know that he's going full tilt to the hoop, and if they want to stop him, they'll have to knock to the floor, so they do.

The caveat on my call is that this will be the LAST FUCKING YEAR that he plays for the Argentinian NT. If he plays again in '08, that may finish his career. He needs bounce back time for his injuries and rest over the summer, and he hasn't been getting it.

The end of the decade.

Hopefully he will work on that step-back jumper and do an MJ - retool his game to extend his career. That's not to say he shouldn't go to the basket, he should, and often, but if he became dead-eye with the mid-range step-back, he could extend his career by not taking so much punishment.

Realistically, he has at most 3 more years of world class basketball left in him. The wear and tear on his body will begin to show when he approaches his mid 30s.

Hopefully as he gets older, he'll get smarter too.

4-5 years.

Wade also has that reckless abandon too.

Id say 4-5 left.

1-2 more semi all star caliber years ... 4 more years of productive basketball ... 6 more years of playing.

The way he plays all out

We'd be lucky if it's 3 more years

good 2-3 years then he should retire.

I predict in that span, spurs will reach finals at least 1 more time

He will never do agree to that. Is that so hard to understand?
