I never really made it for my kids that much because you have to use too much sugar to make it taste just right and the nutrasweet one tastes like crap. But I just make a gallon of it the other day. Weird.

I drank koolaid when I was a kid; our favorite flavor (actually my brother's, but I had no objection to it) was cherry and grape mixed together. I drank Tang and Country Time, too.

Now, I pretty much stick to Diet Pepsi, iced tea with sweet-n-low, or water.

soafter some serious experimentaion I discovered that the flavor could be duplicated by using 1/2 lemonade kool-aid and 1/2 grape kool-aid.

My official summer drink is 1/2 Fresca and 1/2 Chianti on ice. A quick and easy Sangria. A merlot or cab will work if you don't have chianti.

Another quick and easy summer drink is a Frescarita. Pop open a Fresca take a swig and then replace that swig with a shot of tequila in the Fresca can. Fast, easy, portable margarita in a pinch. And the real benefit is that nobody at the kid's soccer game knows what your drinking. :angel

dang, that sounds good! Fresca is a great mixer...I wish they sold it in the liters instead of just the cans...
