I'm going to reveal too much about myself, probably, but I'd rather be making love with a woman (or "a women," which sounds intriguing) than doing just about anything -- anything.

Maybe that's just me, though.

Well, there goes the theory that FWD is Mark Cuban up in smoke.

Just watching and paying attention only feeds the attention slut that he is.

Ignore him, and the fuckhead will go away.

Well he's from Pittsburg and his favorite player just went down, he was trying to show support. Of course if you have to find something wrong, why not that?

That, or your theory that I'm a pathological liar has gained some new momentum.

Neko Case is the artist scheduled to perform, so if he ends up saying some annoying bullshit again I'll still be happy when the night's over :)

He did admit to having a part in the league changing the rules to benefit offensive players. Guys who work hard to become players in this league like Bruce Bowen are the types of players disadvantaged by the rule changes. The main problem is those rules were not really enforced until the playoffs and defensive teams such as the Spurs and Pistons were severely disadvantaged by the officials calling cheap touch fouls on plays that used to be "good defense".

The moral of the story: If you can't beat somebody playing by the rules that are in place AND you have billions of dollars...you can use your $$$$ to influence the league to bend the rules in your favor. I would bet if Dallas had been a defensive oriented team and won a championship, he would not want the rules to change to benefit the offensive players even though he says he wants to make the game more wide open and fun for fans. It is only fun for fans who do not appreciate the hard work that goes into stopping an opponent.

Wow. So, basically, he bribed the NBA to let Dallas win.

That's OK. Spurs will adapt, learn and we'll be the Champs again until the next Cuban rule change.

Cuban is the man...

How do you get "bribing" out of what he said? It's common knowledge that he's led the charge on many rule changes over the years. The changes weren't made just because of him...the other teams and the league had to agree to them (majority at least I suppose). What he said on Letterman was NOTHING new...

I love the guy ripping him for wearing a Roth jersey...get a clue...

He tried to buy the Pittsburg Penguins before he bought the Mavs...and there's been talk about him buying the Pirates over the years...

I wish he would buy the Pirates, then I would have a baseball team to HATE with a passion!
