CHAPMAN TO NUGGETS? Ric Bucher reported on ESPN Radio that Minnesota Timberwolves scout Rex Chapman should get an interview for the Nuggets general manager job.
The Nuggets aren't expected to make a hire until after the June 28 draft.
"I haven't been officially contacted by anyone from the Denver Nuggets organization," Chapman told The Arizona Republic.
ETC.: Nuggets assistant Scott Brooks is believed to be close to taking a similar job with the Sacramento Kings. Warkentien said he had no update . . . Dallas' Jason Terry, who grew up idolizing Miami's Gary Payton, told Payton he made a "great shot" for the winner in Game 3 . . . Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony will conduct a three-on- three tournament for youths July 1 in his hometown of Baltimore
