The NBA beefed up security Thursday in the wake of Tuesday night's incident, when two women without media credentials snuck into the Mavericks' locker-room shower after Game 3.
Howard yelled at the women, who were chased out of the shower by Dallas equipment manager Alex Whitley.
''It's shocking to me,'' Mavericks guard Darrell Armstrong said. ``This is the NBA Finals!''

UNWANTED GUESTS: The Mavericks had some unwanted visitors in their locker room following Game 3 -- two females who sneaked in past security guards.
They women, who appeared in their 20s, made it into the shower area before being shooed away. Security guards didn't stop them on their way out, either.
"I know you love the Dallas Mavericks, but gosh, not that much," veteran guard Darrell Armstrong said, laughing. "The good thing was, they just wanted to see some booty -- or something else."
Jokes aside, Armstrong noted that the security breach was a bit frightening.
"I was thinking about when the tennis player got stabbed, Monica Seles," Armstrong said. "What if they were after someone? That's not good."
