I saw the same shit and it pissed me off as well. I know that it was because those are the 4 teams that made it to the conference finals, but seriously they couldnt have added one more team up there? It all comes back to the fact that no one wants us to win, and no one gives us respect. As you already pointed out I think it is pretty funny that "other" was second only too Miami. I guess those Griz and Cavs fans really think they have a chance next year huh? Spurs wreck shit on everyone and some little gay ass poll isnt going to prove shit. We would have beat Miami in 5 or 6

I'm sure most of the 31% in other category is for San Antonio. Chill out, it was just a mistake on their part.

Just how many second-round playoff teams should they list? :stirpot:

Probably the ones who win over 60 games

Im also curious to know if the spurs will be a contender next year, it's never a guarantee when your team is getting so old. Spurs need to hurry up and bring in more youth. Maybe the J.R. Smith deal, perhaps?

If they can stay healthy sure they will be, but that can be said for all teams, and as you pointed out, the older you get, the harder it is to keep your team healthy. Bring on more young euros

Come on ! We all know what happens when we are overlooked.. That is the way we should all want it.. Relax teams win polls... we win championships.. :flag:

Big deal...

Flying under the radar has always worked well in the past for the Spurs.

Pheonix Suns 2006-2007 Champions.
Steve Nash, 3 Straight league MVP's.

:lol

Nash is old and will never make through the whole year, and who knows if Amare will be the same player that averaged 40 in the playoffs against us before we bitch slapped them?

Umm ... this poll is logical. Those 4 teams were in the Conference Finals. It's no conspiracy or hating on the Spurs.

It's not even a guarantee your team will be a contender the following season when they choke to death after 2 games in the finals, either.

Just shut them the fuck up and win the shit. Who cares about there polls?

I know, I already mentioned that, my problem with it is there were 3 teams that won 60 plus games last year, so really what does it hurt putting 1 more team up there? Especially if that team was one win away from probably winning the championship. I know it really doesnt matter, we are always overlooked, I guess I am just still stewing from Bowen not winning defensive player of the year.

Only way it happens is if Riley can somehow keep Shaq motivated and healthy. I just don't see where Shaq is gonna care that much anymore. He got what he wanted...a ring w/o Kobe. Wade is great player but he won't have enough around him w/o Shaq at 100%.

Oh, Gee!!

I'm happy to see that we're still as paranoid as ever about being looked over in the media.
