There are other teams you should concern yourself with before you think about playing Shaq.

mavs
suns
lakers
clippers
even rockets if healthy

I just don't see Javtokas starting, i don't think he'll be ready right away and i don't know if he's even good enough to start in the NBA. I think we have 4 starters in TP, Manu, Bruce and Tim while that 5th starter isn't on the team just yet.

Yeah- because winning 60 games per season gets tiresome.

Hmmm, I guess Timmy, TP, Manu, Finley, Horry, etc. didn't have anything to do with the wins. It could have been 70 if we had a decent center alongside Timmy. It was 60 in spite of...

Yeah...interestingly enough, Oberto's best game of the regular season was versus the Mavericks. That caused one of the analysts - Ric Bucher, IIRC, to predict Oberto to play an important role in the Spurs/Mavs series. He didn't really get much of a sniff.

Don't be surprised when Oberto gets his chance to start this season. You read it here first.

I would see this as a very bad bench, or at least not up to championship aspirations. Hopefull we can do better than that.
