And-1 tour game. Taurian Fontenette aka "The Air Up There" with the 720-degree reverse dunk. :wow :wow :wow

I'm sure it will show up on Youtube sooon. It was on ESPN's Top Ten Plays. It was #1, of course.

I'll make sure to watch it tonight or in the morning. I really need to see that.

Fontenette took the ball off the break with no defensive pressure, naturally. Took off just inside the right low block, his head passed through the net as he's spinning like a cork-screw, and ends up with the one-hand jam left of center, and continues to spin with a nice landing.

I just saw it on YouTube, and it seems to me it was a 540 when he dunked it, and completed the second rotation when landing, but it still looked wicked awesome.

Sickest dunk I've ever seen. It might have not actually been a full 720, but it was darn close. Close enough, in my book. That was pretty unbelievable.

"Wicked awesome" would be one way to describe it.

Impressive, but I would name it 540 dunk, cause the dunk is reverse.

I'd give him credit for at least a 630. I don't think he shaved more than 90 degrees off the angle, since he finished facing the rim left of center and he started his jump right of center

Air Up There is from your guys neck of the woods, iirc. Galveston.

When I was covering the NBA, I covered the And1 tour last summer. When they were in Detroit, he along with 2 other players (1 of the guys played college ball with Duncan) were all in tryout mode trying to make the team. He's only about 6'4" or so. Just crazy hops. Stuff he was doing during warmups would shame most NBA players.

I couldn't do that with a nerf hoop on the door even with my feet on the floor during the spin ...without getting dizzy first! :lol
