SW Airlines smart ass stewardess

A mother & her son were flying on Southwest Airlines from Kansas City to Chicago. The son (who had been looking out the window) turned to his mother and asked, "If big dogs have baby dogs and big cats have baby cats, why don't big planes have baby planes?

The mother (who couldn't think of an answer) told her son to ask the stewardess.

The stewardess responded, "Did your mother tell you to ask me that?" The little boy said, "Yes she did." "Well, then, tell your mother that there are no baby planes because Southwest always pulls out on time.

Have your mother explain that to you." :drunk

i flew on northwest once. they make you PAY for their snack bag. i miss free peanuts. ANd they made me pay for two seats so i was expecting two free bags :(

Airlines, especially in the U.S., have generally gotten cheap in terms of service. Its sad, but it'll happen when the industry suffers such a 9/11 triggered hit. I fly internationally at least 5 times per year and often in coach. They don't even give free drinks internationally. Flying sucks nowadays. Airports suck, too. Security is necessary, but airports I frequent like LAX and Kennedy can be a pain in the ass at times.

u know what airline still rocks... delta their awsome. i only travel with them now free good warm meals snacks all u can eat and they give you the headphones for free instead of charging you 5 bucks for them and u can keep them i have like 20 delta airline headphones!

It's an old joke that's been around for years and I have seen it associated with just about every airline in the world, including a few defunct ones.

Personally, I like SW cabin attendants. I have not run into one yet that doesn't have an excellent sense of humor. On one flight I was on, one of the attendants had on a name tag that said, "Oh, Miss!" We asked her about it and she said, "Well, it doesn't matter what my name tag says, that what people call me, so I just got a name tag that says that." I thought that was so funny. Whatever happened to their polo shirts and bermuda shorts that SW used to wear for uniforms in the summer? I thought that was cool, too. But last time I flew SW, they had on regular navy uniforms like the other airlines wear.

America West flight was full, and one flight attendant did not show. Plane left anyway, and remaining attendant had the entire cabin to work. As she hustled to and fro, one particularly obnoxious traveler kept demanding things in a loud voice. Each time she passed this person, he would demand another drink, blanket, pillow, etc. Each time she politely told him she was very busy but would get to him when she could. After several of these incidents, she had lost all patience. On a hurried trip back to the galley from the rear of the plane where the drink cart had run out of ice, the obnoxious passenger again halted her to demand another cup of juice, she lost it:

"Sir, I have told you how busy I am right now, and you can see me running back and forth to serve all the passengers on board. Now, why don't you just come stick a broom up my ass so I can sweep the aisle as I run back and forth?"

Upon landing she was fired.
