So i finally saw this movie the other day and its freaking gory as hell but i loved it....not to mention the beautiful women in this movie. Okay i have to admit it does kinda start out to be something like a cheap ranchy porno you find on late night showtime...but it evolves into an eye opening jaw dropping thriller with the killing and chopping and shit. Kinda made me think twice about wanting to visit Europe because some sick shit like that could be going down. However the one girl that stars in this movie...man i would follow her to the depths of hell if she led the way.....she could even tell me "hey you're gonna die if you follow me" I'd be like "baby just show me where to go"

That was a freaky movie. My husband and I rented it a few weeks ago. My daughter wanted to watch it after us because she loves gory scary movies. After seeing it, we said, NO WAY IN HELL !!! She's only 14. It definitely made me wary of traveling overseas. I don't want to give away the ending so I'll just say someone should be damn thankful and stay home for the rest of their life. It was certainly riveting.

I definitely want to go to Amsterdam after seeing this movie. But I will only plan my itinerary around the first 10 minutes of the movie.

for some reason this movie dissapointed. after hearing so much about it, it didn't prove to be much gorier than "running scared" starring paul fucking walker. didn't have much of a tarantino feel for me. unimpressed to say the least. the girls were hot though.

It sucked. Complete farce and totally ludicrous plot. Sorry, I didn't like it.

Besides the girls the only good part about Hostel is when Pulp Fiction is playing on the TV in the lobby at their hotel in the beginning. Nice one, Tarantino.

I saw Hostel 2 days before I was to board a plane to Paris and... stay in a bunch of hostels in Europe. I actually told this to Quinten Tarintino a few months ago (he was at an art show that I was coordinating a volunteer effort for) and he's exact words to me were "what a great bon voyage flick!"

Have any of you seen The Hills Have Eyes? What did you think of it?

It was aight. I hate tarantino but since he didn't direct it, it didn't suck as bad. But it wasn't great either.

I'm definitely going to Eastern europe and try to find a hostel like that. I'm safe cause none would pay to kill my 3rd world south american ass :D
