No, not a chance. Sebastian is 33. He's the one playing on the NT represented in the South American tournament. There is also the oldest basketball-playing Ginobili brother Leandro, who is 36. They weren't blessed with the same gifts as Manu.

Marcelinho is a good buddy of mine. Very nice guy, had a tryout with the Cavs a few months ago. Is going to play in Lithuania next season. Go Brazil!

Marcelinho is a great player, too bad he is past his prime. He would have been a very good NBA player IMO.

He and Valtinho both. Danny Ferry hooked me up with the Benetton Treviso contact and they offered my boy Valtinho a contract which he, get this, TURNED DOWN!! :shootme
My budddy could've played a couple seasons with this year's #1 NBA draft pick.
Oh, why did Valtinho end up turning down Benetton and somewhat embarrassing me by staying in Brazil? Because he's a very simple man at heart and very afraid of change. He doesn't even understand Spanish. I told him I would've gone over with him to get him for awhile, his wife and kid would've come along etc. Too damn bad. But, give the man credit. To him there are more important things than money and he loves his country and playing at home in Brazil, where he is a league superstar.

This past season Marcelinho played for my local team in Brazil, and through my buddy Valtinho we became friends. Anyway, during the South American club championships when my team played Argentina's club champ, we were down most of the game. I was sitting behind the bench where I get the hookup from the coach or Valtinho every home game. Anyway, Marcelinho couldn't hit SHIT. And that's his thing, he's a shooter. He's a useless decoy if he can't hit shots.
So I start yelling at him in English to fire him up, and I'm cursing alot (99%) of the people wouldn't understand me, and those who did would find it funny. Anyway, right before the half I was like "Shake it off, Marcelinho, you're gonna find your stroke and kick their f-ing asses back the f- to Argentina in the second half." He then turns to me and tosses me a pen he received before the game which he had under his seat on the bench. As good sportsmanship, the players from each team gave each other gifts. The Argentinian players gave the Brazilian players these semi-interesting writing pens.
Marcelinhos tosses it to me as a gift, winks and says "I hope your fucking right man!"
The Brazilians ended up winning by 3 pts. but would lose the war, getting ousted in Buenos Aires in the decisive 3rd game. Marcelinho never found his shot.

Yeah, I was f-ing wrong, but at least I showed some spirit! ha ha
Btw, I did NOT curse in Portuguese as I would not curse in English at a U.S. game. I wouldn't want to offend anyone. Cussing a little in English in Brazil is seen as pretty funny I guess. Sort of exotic. :lol
