It looks like he just spit up a small adhesive parasite the color of Manu's arm, and is now backing away.

If our center could do that, that's pretty amazing. I don't even know what it does.

Elson is stronger, he puts his family jewels into oppenent's mouth. (see the Parker picture).

That one pic with Elson flying into Tony and catching him off guard would be impressive, but the person forgot to mention that it was during the Spurs warm up drills before the game.
