Update:Boone had surgery on his shoulder Wednesday,the Associated Press reports.

Recommendation:Bonne experiened need some discomfort in the shoulder while playing for the Nets' summer league team in Flordia and an a MRI revealed a tear.He's expected to be ready for the season.
