The issue is that some Catholics (not all) pray to Mary and the Saints. Jesus is the only way to the father, the Bible states it clearly.

Mary was just a lady who was blessed to be the mother of Jesus through immaculate conception. She was an amazing woman but i bet even she is saying "why are they praying to me and treating me like a god? Didnt God's word make it clear to them what they need to do?" :fro
