A couple of months ago I would have voted as I did in 2000 for the Libertarian party candidate but thanks to the shear hysteria I have seen from lib Dems in this campaign (as well as, oh, the rather significant threat of the Islamofascists who will stop at nothing to destroy Western civilization) I went ahead yesterday and cast a vote for

W.

Voting for W, who I was vehemently against in 2000. Voting Republican for the first time since 1988, for many of the same reasons mentioned by Marcus Bryant.

BTW, if y'all haven't done the electronic voting thing, it works this way. If you're voting one party for everything, you can select that and it will select all the republicans OR democrats for you. You just keep selecting next page until the red vote button blinks.

If you aren't doing straight party voting, then you have the opportunity to select who you want. It's all done by toucing the screen.

I wonder if FL will manage to screw it up again..

They both suck hind tit (and Gore, too). A country gets the politicians it deserves.

The only advantage that Kerry would have had was he wouldn't have had a WHIG to start a bogus war. 2000 American military would be alive now.

For WHIG, American military lives were nothing but an 2004 election ploy.

"Support our troops", my ass.

You could turn a letter of the alphabet into a symbol of leadership and infallibility.

The only way I would ever wish I could go back and change my vote is if Kerry hadn't been the only other (realistic) choice.

The grass isn't always greener ... no way I was going to vote for 2 of the most liberal members of the Senate who seemed to have a special way of invoking the spirit of dead people and couldn't make a stand and stick behind it. If there were 2 better choices, I would have considered it. As is stands? NO.

Yeah, exactly. At this moment about the only thing I find myself in agreement with Bush on is the need to continue to be aggressive in addressing the threat of Islamic terrorism to US national security.

I would've voted for the Libertarian candidate as I did in '00, but it was somewhat enjoyable to vote for someone who a lot of holier than thou, chatterfuck lefties were going apoplectic over.

Do vaginal mushrooms go away by themselves,
or do they keep producing cheese curd indefinitely? :)

If I discovered mushrooms or cheese curds growing in my vaginal area I would go to the doctor post-haste ... I'd imagine something like that would require a little more than what you can find in a Summer's Eve box.

I guess when you cant present better alternative policies or debate the issues, you have to resort to bashing. Look to say that a good president never has a bad year or time is to be born yesterday. All the great presidents had darker hours like this in their presidency. The main reason voters are not happy with bush have to do with high oil prices and the hurricane response. KErry wouldnt have done anything different if he were prez. And no matter if he had a greenspan on the fema board! You still would have had the same mess. Fact is mouse, KErry would of cut and run like a pussy and if GOre was elected in 2000, alqueda wouldnt have been attacked in afghanistan and they would have been as strong now as in 2001. Nobody can dispute that. Instead of 2000 american troops dead in foreign soil, youd have 2000 more people dead here on our soil. Fact is, Bush can either fuck it up or grow out of this and become one of the greats. In either way bush is not running in 08 and the democrats have no candidate but a sellout media whore. So.. yeah your still FUCKED!
