This is from up in the Yukon, this dude is lucky to be alive. The guy
survived the bear attack. The bear jumped on him while he was sleeping in
his tent and he managed to get it off of him and shoot it .

One tough camper!

Wow.

I'd say that bear fucked him up pretty badly.

A friend of mine (contractor here in SA) went on a ten day grizzly bear hunt on Kodiak Island. The boat delivered them and dropped them off and they hiked in a few miles and set up their 2 man tent camp. He woke up about midnight when something was nudging his left shoulder...as he was waking up he remembered the guide was sleeping to his right. He opened his eyes and the barrel of the guide's 375 weatherby was right across the front of his nose...the guide whispered that it was a sow grizzly with a big cub (about 400#) outside the tent and if they didn't run them off they were coming in...the guide said he would take the mother and my friend needed to take the cub...they crawled out of the tent waving their arms and yelling and the sow turned to fight instead of running...the guide shot and wounded her...they built a fire and spent the night back to back holding their rifles with the grizzly circling just outside the circle of light in the darkness roaring and tearing up brush...they expected heer to charge any minute..the bears finally left just before daylight and my friend told the guide to keep his damn money but get that damn boat back there so he could get the hell out of there...LOL

You know I was just thinking of a bear attack yesterday. This is too weird.

Looks like a couple of scratches to me. Nothing that a curita and some neosporin won't cure.

Ouch! :wow
