They just showed you on the Rangers-A's broadcast. Way to represent! Nice seats too.
Remember what I said about jinxing them. The score is currently 4-0 Rangers, so they better hang on to win or you will not be allowed back tomorrow.

It was at the top of the 3rd inning, I believe after they came back from commercial they were showing peeps in the crowd who had Rangers gear on.
The score is now 4-4. T Park better get them some good Karma!

The Rangers are playing like a Double A team lately. Bad decisions, errors, taking good pitches early to get behind in the count or watching third strikes go by with the bases loaded, pitchers with poor pitch command, and on and on.
Analysts always talk about how the Rangers fade in the summer Texas heat...but they are fading on the road in pleasant Cali.
Buck and the Rangers have lost their way. Even Rudy J. seems invisible.

I will add throwing to the wrong base to give away what would end up being the winning run and then ending the game with hitter's interference.

i didn't quite understand what happened there from the description on mlb.com. i think you can stick a fork in the rangers.

Rangers had just scored 2 runs to close the gap to 1 run (7-6 A's). Hairston steals second on hit and run with Mark DeRosa swinging and missing for strike three. On DeRosa's swing follow-through, his bat comes around and hits catcher J. Kendall's non-throwing arm. Hairston appeared to have the base stolen regardless because of the jump but the throw ended up bouncing to second.
Umpire Jim Joyce called DeRosa for hitter's interference...for a double play on Hairston to end the game.

I am not ready to give up on the Rangers just yet, but damn tonight was heartbreaking. I really thought they were gonna win that game as long as DeRo doesn't GIDP.
I blame T Park :)

yeah Gerald Laird threw me the ball after Milwood struck out Bradley, and that was totally cool.
I cheered em everytime they came back to the dugout. Getting points and nods.
Rangers seem like a cool bunch of guys, really receptive.
Prob shocked to see a Ranger fan in Oakland :lol
I tried but alas, Benoit and Kinsler blew the game.
Milwood was mediocre, and IMO has been very dissapointing this year.
Of course, as soon as I saw Benoit coming in I KNEW the game was over.
Sorry guys, not my fault I swear :lol

total bullshit interference call on Derosa too BTW.
Rangers got fucked royally.
Come out, win tommarow, cut it back to 4.5, and kick the shit out of the Mariners.
WE CAN DO IT!!!

Actually I think a win tomorrow only cuts it back to 5.5. But considering how the Angels play against Oakland and that they have tons of games left vs. each other- if we can string together some wins we are still in it. 6.5 out sucks, but with 50+ games left, I hardly see how they are out. We play Oakland 6x more, there is still plenty of time and hope left. But the Rangers gotta stop making errors and the rotation needs to step up and eat most of the innings.

Texas manager Buck Showalter conceded the plate umpire made the correct call on a most unusual game-ending play.

If the bat hit the catcher at all, offensive interference is the correct call. Otherwise, batters could essentially set screens for baserunners or re-route catchers who are trying to throw runners out.
Not liking it is very different from contending that the call was wrong. But that's part of being a fan and I understand that.
As an aside, it can be a lot of fun to support the road team when you're passionate about that team. I almost have more fun when I go to see the Spurs in road games than I do when I see them in San Antonio. Almost.
Good on you, TPark, for supporting the Rangers.

Ill always have the cardinals as my number 1 team, but ever since the Cards traded Stottlemeyer to the Rangers in 96, Ive rooted for em and been a big fan of them!!
The Rangers, are a fun team to watch and a great show to see in person.
Great game last night.
Yeah I was heckled, but ignored em.
Weve obviously got scoreboard today, damn drunken fuckface A's fans.
