...just saw it on espn news. NCAA reinstated him and he is to miss ZERO games! woo hoo! all he has to do is pay $5300 to the charity of his choice.

he had 16 touchdowns last year...i bet he goes for 18 this year and 1300 yards.

jarret gets $18k in benefits, gets reinstated. bomar gets $18k, gets kicked out. college football is such a joke - either let them get paid openly or play it even across the board. $650 a month to live in a $3800/month apartment? give me a fucking break.

every major program has shit like this happen. it's an illegal benefit. he wasn't receiving cash outright, but it was something that is not allowed.

When is he supposed to donate this $5300, after he declares early and signs a contract in '07? Or after his senior season which will be three years after DJ was living with Leinart?

Maybe Jarrett can hook up with that wannabe agent that got an Indian tribe to pay for Reggie Bush's momma's house. He is just a poor Jersey kid, after all.
