The second annual Casino Night to benefit the Robert Horry Foundation was once again a smashing success. On Aug. 12th, BetUS.com returned as the official sponsor of the exclusive Houston-based event, as our models and personnel helped six-time NBA champion Horry whip the crowd into the giving spirit.
In addition to the requisite poker and roulette tables for those in attendance, the packed house also bid on various items and services in both the silent and live auctions. Comedian Michael Collier emcee’d the event once more and in the process kept the giving spirit flowing.
Several lucky BetUS.com customers were also in attendance for the charitable function, as they were most definitely the life of the party. They mingled with celebrities, other invitees and of course the sexy Miss BetUS.com Girls. Newcomers Brandy and Katherine were joined by Miss BetUS.com 2006 Andrea Lowell, who drew a doting following wherever she went on the night. In fact, Lowell tied for second in the evening’s poker tournament. You can be sure she’ll be writing all about it in her next Stroke Play column in the BetUS.com Locker Room.
All in all, it was a night to remember. With a live band, incredible venue and hundreds of people there to do the right thing, the big winners on the night were those that will benefit from all the Robert Horry Foundation can now do.
