After the bases loaded walk I was wondering if it was the right move. Leyland rocks. Zumaya rocks harder.

Speed of the first five pitches from Zumaya to Matthews

101 mph
101
100
100
101
That bringin' it.

78 K's and only 41 hits given up in 64 innings this year. ERA-2.09

Fucking Magglio.

Scrub @ $17 million

Three chances to get him home and we failed miserably.

Wasted solid pitching by the Tigers.

Zumaya is nasty, nasty. Reminds me a little of Rob Dibble.

That 9th inning with Monroe on third and no outs was a killer for the Tigers...and in similar fashion, the bases loaded, no outs and no runs (after the walk-in) for the Rangers on Thurs. night vs. Zumaya was a killer for them.

No sac flies, no bunts, just outs.

Good job by Millwood and Otsuka today.

Texeira with a solid homer.

Shocked they pulled out a win vs Detroit.

Robinson Tejeda was pretty dominant tonight. I was starting to doubt the Dellucci trade, but tonight's performance takes a bit of the sting out of that trade.

Robertson was dominant too, 2 hits and 1 earned run in 8 innings. He had the 3rd lowest run support among starting pitchers going into the game.

Not so fast. The Rangers pull Koronka out before damage was irrepairable. Down 6-0 and the Rangers battle back on Bonderman and win it!!! Very close play on a monster throw from CF by Matthews to barely get Ordonez. I've watched the replay 5 times and it's still hard to tell if he was safe or out...maybe safe, but what a throw!

helll yeah what a fuckin comeback! it might've taken luck, but the truly good teams find a way to win games. (which the Tigers are not.) Damn, now we have a good shot at the playoffs. atleast 3 out of 4 from the D-rays. and then we get Oakland at home. they dont stand a fuckin chance! i hope to God that the Tigers dont make the playoffs, but they probly will anyway. i'll be all over this board if they choke, and miss out again :lol
