Try convincing the families of Nick Berg, Paul Johnson, Eugene Armstrong, etc., that it's hype.

Conspiracy theory: It was a fixed operation by Hamas in an attempt to have themselves come across as humanitarian heroes.

There -- the Democrats can use that as their alternate plan to thwart Islamic terrorism. Just have all Americans convert and become Muslims. End of problem.

True, those pesky Christians are unlikely to go along with it, but that's because they are intolerant and not team players, so their dhimmitude will be getting off easy.
