Just got back from the luncheon.... it was freakin' hilarious! And long! It was almost 2 hours. Tony and Brent hosted it like a talk show, including the desk, couch and a band.

They did some filmed bits... Fabricio Oberto: Behind the Music with Manu, his manager and former butcher and Sean as a crazy Oberto fan... Bowen & Bowen Defense including Bruce in a wig with a cowboy hat and Finley as a client...

Timmy was dressed up as the Croatian Shaman ala the envelope psychic on the old Carson show.

It was a lot of fun. Some of it was a bit slow, but overall it was a good time.

I still can't get over Timmy in that crazy costume. He was hysterical. Even the great pictures don't do it justice.

This was by far my favorite introduction ever. I love how all the players got involved and made it so nice for everyone.

It wasn't a raffle. They had a prize wheel with a whole bunch of prizes- t-shirt, tim duncan basketball, spurs tennis balls :wtf :td; spurs tickets ( which I also won and will probably have to sell since I doubt work can spare me.), and a mystery prize.

The mystery prize was you win a player's shoe.
It was actually a friend of mine that one Rasho's. I won another one and traded her for it.
My friends and I think I won Bruce's. The girls at the game actually didn't know or seem to care whose was whose.
They told us we could pick whose shoe we wanted it to be. Okay, ladies. :rolleyes :lol

She did not CALL Tim Croatian- she said he was making fun of them and someone making fun of another ethnic group is offensive. She did not CALL Tim Croatian- she said he was making fun of them and someone making fun of another ethnic group is offensive. He can make fun of his "own" all he wants but you don't make fun of the ethnic group of others. I also doubt that Croatian Catholics would be too happy with the notion of a shamam representing them.
