Manny,

Every time you talk about floods nothing happens. You need to start bitching about the drought.

this system still has a couple days left, but so far, only trace precipitation and all the the east of SA

the humidity now is only 70%, but it feels like 90

Aggie Hoopsfan

Manny, I could care less about SA. Send some rain to Dallas. The cove me and a couple of folks use at Lake Lewisville has dried up to the point that unless you want to slalom the trees it's off limits these days :td

It hasn't rained one damn drop in Seguin, I'm holding out for the front that's coming soon.

MannyIsGod
09-17-2006, 05:27 PM
There are places near Garner St. Park and Uvalde that got over 5 inches of rain last night. The storms are firing up right there right now again, but I think they'll develop over SA too. There is a TON of moisture over the state right now, and the front is still a good ways off so any energy that comes through before/with the front will cause heavy rain. Hopefully we'll get 3+ inches but we should get a solid couple of inches either way.

still nothing but a trace ( under 0.2") for all of metro SA between 6:30 and 3 PM Sunday, see the "storm total":

The storms are just sitting over the same spots out near Uvalde. Its nuts man, the same spots that got the training of storms last night are getting it again. They could see 10+ inch totals before its all said and done easily.

as to the topic at hand:

it;s fucking pouring out there.
the lightening/thunder has been waking my kids up for an hour and a half already.
there is more than an assload of rain out there.

it;s funny. I never doubt manny when it coms to weather. I don;t question him - he;s right ALOT of the time. and gives you really in depth info that you want to know.
none of those stupid wind direction arrow graphics.

i don;t get why everyone tells manny he;s wrong/ wishes he was wrong / tries to prove him wrong (in regards to the weather).

he should change his user name to MannytheWeatherGod.

I can't figure out where the front is, so I can't figure out if the rain is going to redevelop again or not. The water vapor images show a shitload of moisture across the entire state still, so I think it'll rain again after this rain dies down in a short while.

Its coming from the South, heading North East. The worst part is going to hit the outskirts of East San Anotonio but the majority should still get hit by more then what we have seen so far. Probably not in intensity but more quantity. Heading out towards bandara they will be getting a crap load.

It rained like a mother in Arkansas when I was driving through yesterday.

I guess if your father is also your uncle, you are required by law to keep your duct-taped together hoopty under 15 mph on the highway.

The rain in Arkansas falls mainly on a bunch of inbred hillbilly idiots.
