They have a bye this week, and play Tennessee the next - then Philly. I imagine he'll sit the TN game, and be back week 5. If there's a time for it to happen, this is the best it could be.

they were saying he will have surgery today or tomorrow to have pins put in and they are saying 2 weeks best 4 weeks max, but it sounds like he will make his return against philly. It was definently the best time this could happen.

The plate was put in yesterday... he'll be more than ready for 10-8. And if the Cowboys take the next couple of weeks to tune up and manhandle a weak Titan team - philly is going to get roasted. The Cowboys D Line showed what it can do to a pass happy team against the Redskins (who usually have an outstanding O Line). McNabb is gonna see Demarcus Ware, Gregg Ellis and Roy Williams in his sleep after that game.
