Whats your favorite places to visit in vegas?

Favorite clubs?

Night spots?

The wynn is quite nice.

The beach bungalows at Mandalay Bay, I can vouch for now, quite spiffy :hat

BTW, Red headed sluts, the shots not the girls, are fantastic.

as are the red bull cranberry vodka mixes that the Palms Ghost bar mixes up.

Sorry on a vegas trip high and would love to hear about your guy's trips :)

I like to go to the VooDoo Lounge at the top of the Rio. One of the best views in Vegas.

Pure at Ceasars is also a good club to hang out at but only if you can manage to get yourself on the guest list. Otherwise, it is at least a two hour wait.

The Stratosphere just opened a new lounge at the top of the tower called Romance Lounge but I haven't been there yet.

I like to eat late night at the Peppermill. Huge portions of good food or you can stop by the lounge for a drink and hang out around the fire pit (flames shooting out of a round water bath) with your significant other.

Commander's Palace has huge martinis for 25 cents when you buy a lunch entree. These are the same you get at dinner for $10-$16 a pop. Nothing like a three martini lunch.

Not a big fan of buffets but I like the Spice Market at the Aladdin the best.

Renting a convertible and cruising Red Rock Canyon is cool when the weather is nice.

Speaking of Vegas. Next time you go, go eat at the Top of the World restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere tower. It is pricey, it will cost you a couple hundred for 4, easily, but the view is great and the food is excellent, so well worth a shot. Afterwards, go up one flight to the new bar.(Forget the name) They have live jazz music and you just sit there and look out on all of Vegas while you slowly get drunk and just chill out. The place is really nice and decorated in a way that you just feel like you are in a different time and place. Very cool.

If you go in February you can go snow skiing at Lee Canyon in the daytime and then back to Vegas and gamble all night...I crashed on the return flight and then slept for about 2 days when I got home.

With two kids always in tow, I wouldn't say that I really saw much of what I saw in Vegas.

My favorite part of my site seeing was going to the Paris Hotel and going up in the elevator to the top of the "Eiffel Tower" and taking in that view. It was incredible.

The Gregory Popovich Pet show was created for kids but it was really great. I liked it a lot. I also enjoyed eating in the Star Trek restaurant at the Hilton.

I was completely taken with the Venetian hotel. I want to go back and stay there, see the Phantom of the Opera, and go to Madame Tussads.
I also want to take the inside gondola ride. And I want to see Celine Dion in concert.
Michael Holly, the intermission act for the Follies, was a hilarious comedian. I would love to go see his full act.

I look forward to doing all the above sometime soon with grown ups. :)

Jess is likely taking a cruise when she's done with this semester with her Grandmother. What does this have to do with Vegas you ask? Well, I'll be damned if I'm staying home while Jess goes on vacation. My ass will be partaking in an extended stay in Vegas.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck yeah.

After seeing the first set of slot machines,I was not at all impressed with them. I found the seemingly endless rows of neon colors nauseating and the constant arcade noise a bit aggrivating.
I'm just not that into them. :)

The poker games would have interested me if someone I knew was playing.

What I really did enjoy was all the places where you could bet on sports events. The atmosphere there was electric and fun.
I would love to be there mid play offs. That would be an experience.

I also liked whatever that game is where you guess what number the person is going to roll.
All right, I'll confess. I only stopped to look because it reminded me of that FRIENDS episode when Monica and Chandler are trying to decide whether or not to marry in Vegas.
Still it was sort of fun to watch.

I take it you have never seen Tpark in person? What elevator is large enough
or strong enough to take his fat ass to the top of any building.

And what makes you think if you could find a way to get his huge body up thier you will be able to find a way to get him down after he has been to an all you can eat buffet after 4 hours? come on dude keep it real!

JK Tpark I hope you had fun in Vegas, did you have to pay double for the hooker since your like two Johns in one? :lmao

The top of the world restaurant is a good tip - it always impresses clients and is an enjoyable experience (even if - like me - you've done it quite a few times).

Appart from the other obvious good restaurants that are not exclusives to Las Vegas (ie Morton's) we had a really nice evening in the Red Square (Mandalay Bay) but a bit on the pricey side (the vine list and vodka selection is top notch though).

I did that 5 yrs ago and also did the Big Shot ride up there too...that was even better. (one of my assistants told me she would do me if I rode on the rollercoaster after I had 2nd thoughts about it.....so needless to say, I rode the coaster) :)
