My guess is that she can manifest herself as a clone, but not a real person. Like say, a ghost of herself, but with power. That is my guess because she was looking in the mirror afterwards and her "Shadow clone" gave her that wicked smile, then the mirror shattered.

Personally, I want the Japanese guys power. Transport myself to any place I see.

This show started out a little slow and has gotten better each and every week, this is my second favorite drama behind Lost. The first handful of episodes are better than the first handful of episodes of Lost, this show has a ton of potential.

I knew that chick with short hair (Suresh's neighbor in the apartment) was bad all along. Is she working with Skylar or with Claire's dad? Mr. Bennett might not be that bad after all....however, why was he in Mohinder's apartment?

I thought the same at first, also about the cheerleaders father... but the episode last monday has me thinking otherwise....

This will probably be the first TV series where I actually buy a DVD for once the season ends.

6 months isn't long of a time.. it's crazy that Nicole and her husband were still together. I thought she had been hiding/running from him for a long time. Same thing with Peter's brother's wife (forget his name).. She said she was mad at God for a long time. I thought she would've been in the wheel chair longer.

Mr. Bennett asked her to take Clairs name out the Map in Suresh apt because he knew sylar was tracking all of them down to access their powers. Next week is the last episode until mid January and it should include the big nuclear explosion in New York.

This episode only brings new questions, does isaac die, does claire's dads haitain right hand man have bad intentions (it certainly appears that way) and why the fuck did the short haired broad have to die? I have never, ever watched any type of series since General Hospital in the 80's (when Luke and Laura were young and fresh). Until this show came along, that is. It is truly amazing and just gets better and better every week. I keep waiting for it to disappoint somehow, but quite the contrary. It has to be the coolest TV series EVER.

Was Hiro "adopted?" Great episode. Love how we finally find out if HRG is good or bad, and he turns out to be a little of both. Nikki's story arc sucks, and if she doesn't tie into the bigger scheme of things pretty quick she needs to go.

She is completely useless, how many times can they show her giving that annoying smile in the mirror while her reflection frowns back at her? Just fucking kill her and her son off already, he's annoying as shit too.

This last episode was a disappointment, Eric Roberts? Are you fucking kidding me? WTF was that shit near the end when he snuck in the back door and said something completely lame like "I'm sorry too" and then shot Ted? What was the point?

Then they dragged that whole scene on where Ted was going nuclear way too long. Claire's dad and Parkman should have been cooked from the inside out, they were in there way too long and got way too close to him. Why didn't they just get out of the house and let Claire handle it from the get go? Lame.

At least they filled in some gaps with the flashbacks, we now know how the invisible man fits into it, and that Hiro's dad is involved, how the Haitian came about, and more about Claire's dad. This episode was only good for answering questions, IMO. The climactic scene toward the end was worthless.

Eric Robert's character is obviously higher up than Claire's dad since he's his boss, so he had to be aware of Ted's ability, so it made no sense to shoot him because he had to know the possible danger in doing so. Just sneaks in the backdoor and says "I'm sorry too" and shoots him out of nowhere! Come on, that was lame. The whole scene was lame.

Peter will go invisable, self heal, and tune's in on Sylar's thoughts and assume Sylar's abilities and then break his neck.

Peter is a mimic. Hes been around alot of other people like him. His power will only grow.

Sylar is a "parasite" so the show says. His power is determined by the rate at which he can consume.

A stark advantage goes to the obvious.

But Sylar, as of right now, is much more powerful and learned. Nothing will happen to Peter, but Sylar will escape.

Just in case he doesnt...

Peter owns him with some nuclear meltdown-type move.

Here's how it goes....


Peter starts getting his head cut open, as he does he is screaming and while it happens he heals where it cuts.....

Thats when Syler says "Usually this is the part people scream.."

Peter goes semi-nuclear and burns Sylser then goes invisible when he is released.

Syler listens for his heartbeat and throws him against a wall.

Peter launches a flying dive full speed into Syler but gets stopped midair.

During the fight Mohinder comes loose from the ceeling and crawls his way towards a syringe.

Syler Slams peter against a wall, uses telekenises to throw some bar stools at peter and tries to melt them around him to hold him but peter listens to his thoughts and launches off the wall going invisable at the same time before Syler can o it, meanwhile Mohinder crawls his way to Syler and plunges the Syringe into his calf knocking him out.... then Mohinder passes out.


Mohinder will now be paralized and a ripoff of Professor X But thats cool with me.

I just finished all of the episodes and I think Peter is the key to everything. I see it as a Neo vs. Agent Smith type of fight. I think Ted will go nuclear but Hiro will be able to turn it around.

I also agree that (but I still love the show) they got carried away with the time travel aspect of the show. That get's too confusing and frankly, sort of dumb.

Hiro probably ends up trapped in that time period for a while until he learns to use his powers again. I bet he becomes a samurai or something now that his dad taught him how to use a sword, or maybe he meets his ancestor or something like that. It's hard to tell what might happen.

I thought the ending to season 1 was decent. Predictable, but still good. I hope Sylar isn't dead so they can have that big ass Fire vs Ice battle that was about to happen in that episode where Hiro and Ando went to the alternate future. That would be badass. I'd actually love an entire season based on the alternate future where Peter really did blow up.

Well, if you think of it from the writers' perspective, they couldn't have done it to where Sylar got totally fucking owned. Obviously they are going to bring him back, he'll probably be stronger than before and cause the Heroes a lot more problems. Typical comic book villain formula.

With Sylar still alive, and now that he has the nuclear bomb powers that he stole from Ted, the nuclear explosion possibility is still very real. We assume Peter is alive since he can heal himself, but Sylar could come back and blow up New York because he's pissed about getting stabbed by a girly Japanese dude.

So I think the anti-climacticness of the first season finale was done to make the fighting in the next season a little better. If they had beaten Sylar to the point where he logically and scientifically should be dead, then him coming back from the dead would be totally fucking whack considering he doesn't have any healing powers.

There really was no one there who could fight Sylar one on one but Peter. Wasn't it just Jessica, DL (who was too hurt), the two kids, Claire and her dad, the doctor, and the cop? Who other than Peter could fight Sylar? With that, you have all the making of a gay final fight.

I've heard that too....Remember, Peter has to currently "think" of the person who uses the power to make them manifest... who do you know that can focus on two things, be it consoiusly or sub-consiously, at one time? Its like making your left eye turn left and your right eye turn right and be able to interpret whats going on from each eye.

I really want to know who the even more badass evil guy is.

He didn't blow up, all the nuclear energy was released, but Peter himself didn't explode. He should be OK because he is immune to the radiation. Remember, Ted didn't kill himself any of the times he went nuclear. Nathan on the other hand probably didn't fare so well. Peter's healing power will probably come into play when he plummets back to Earth, unless he somehow regains enough strength to fly before he plows himself into the ground.

Thats an intresting take, that could very well be what happens. But wasnt there an episode placed in the future where they discussed Hiro trying to kill Sylar but failing?
