I'm not sure that's what the piece says -- it specifically notes that the teams are listed in order of last year's finish, not this year's predicted finish.

Damn, Southwest division looks really tough on paper next season. Even the Hornets, whom you could normally pencil in at the last spot in the division have a great chance to be second or third best.
