He's not only the greatest President... he's the greatest human ever, St. W, possibly co-redeemer of mankind.

Badly mislead, fooled and led by our Intelligence Agencies. Shameful and inexcusable. (hindsight)

The fight against terrorism goes on without interruption, but we have to be wiser in how we attempt to manage it.

I don't hate Bush but he's made some bad judgement calls and has followed some bad advise from Cheney and Rove. Iraq is a mess and now North Korea may have jump started a weapons race right under his nose. But I'm sure it's all Clinton's fault. :rolleyes

Actually according to Bush none of these messes are his fault. He got bad info so Iraq isn't his problem. He did say that the war was going to last beyond his presidency but hey it's not his fault we have a quagmire it everyone elses fault. Heck the dems said it too.. :rolleyes

Don't blame Bush for the unecessary war he just started it..he got bad info. Don't hold him accountable because the dems said it too... he also had no idea where that 'mission accomplished' banner got on the aircraft carrier during his flight suit photo op..

damn double posts :oops

I forget who Colbert was interviewing when he said this, but it was funny as hell.

G.W. Bush will go down as one of our generations greatest Presidents. Second only to the great Ronald Reagan!

NASCAR girlie-girl, nobody has been able to, you seem eminently qualified to fill out this list.

Repug accomplishments from Jan 2001 - Oct 2007:

1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

The kicker is that when we add them all up (if there are any), they have to offset:

1. Permitting WTC attack.

2. Starting the phony Iraq war, and executing it with fantastic incompetence

3. Letting Iran and NK say "fuck off" to USA and get away with it.

4. Losing Afghanistan while going off to lose Iraq

5. DHS/FEMA Katrina fuckup

6. Doing NOTHING about illegal immigration.

7. (others supplied upon request :lol )

I wouldn't say "mislead" by intelligence.

Here is a consistant pattern during the entire administration of GW:

Issue A has facts B, C and D relevant to it.

The administration believes a certain way, and fact B supports that belief while C directly contravenes it and D is neutral.

The administration completely plays up fact B with absolutely no mention of C and D.

I saw this directly with some stuff I caught during the election regarding the economy, and a few other issues.

If you fit the Iraq invasion into this pattern, is it really the fault of the intelligence community that the administration cherry-picked what it thought supported its position?

I have come to believe that this pattern has gone far from simply making the case and strayed into the territory of outright lying. It disgusts me greatly.

We won't know how good a president Bush was until about 10 years from now. After all, everything that is going wrong now is Clinton's fault so there must be an eight year lag. :lol
