Promotions Coordinator - San Antonio Spurs (San Antonio, TX)


Oversee and manage all assigned sponsor contracts (Spurs, Rampage, and Silver Stars) to ensure that all sponsor elements are fulfilled.
Create, develop, and maintain a sponsor spreadsheet that outlines all sponsor elements and implementation (timeline). Provide Promotions Manager with updated spreadsheet on a weekly basis.

Responsible for attending a meeting with all Promotions Coordinators and the Promotions Manager once a week to review sponsor contracts and upcoming requirements.

Responsible for obtaining NBA/WNBA approval for sponsorship promotions.

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of all sponsored promotions related to assigned accounts. Ability to create, develop and implement promotions for sponsors and events.
