I always found good deals at Kingston.com, but for overall, your best bet is probably NewEgg.com or TigerDirect.com.

fry's or pricewatch.com . pricewatch lists almost all the prices and you can search by brand if you wish. you can always randomly walk into a fire sale at fry's though. i usually end up buying from newegg.com though.
