What bullshit.
How the fuck do you get serious injuries falling from a crumbling toilet? How did her fat ass not cushion the fall? What a joke. I can understand the humiliation as she crawled to the door covered in shit, but now she's suing and hasn't been back to work since? Fuck that. Give her a free year of Jenny Craig and a lifelong pass to 24 Hour Fitness and we'll see if she ever breaks another toilet.

Why in the hell did she wait so damn long to file the law suit?
It's completely frivolous, but even still.
When does the time frame or statute of limitations run out if you want to file any kind of law suit?

In all fairness, there are many things one could argue about this case, but I'm quite certain she could have sustained injuries, I don't know that she did but it's possible.

I read about a guy that died from an accident like this...

This happened to a friend of ours who isn't fat. When the porcelain or ceramic or whatever isn't made well, it weakens with time.

Toilet breaking is a once in a life time event, that should make you realize how big you are and change your habits.

Walking around as a fat ass is going to be way more emotionally scarring than breaking a toilet, and is something that is basically avoidable with good health practice. If she had been a healthy or average woman, we can all have assumed it broke because it was made improperly ... but 99% of people will know the toilet broke because she's a fat ass.

I worked with man who this happened to...When he was young, in his 20’s, he was 6’ 2” 290 lbs of solid muscle... (People claim that he was so strong he could tear a phone book in half, lift up heavy boat trailers with one hand)...By the time he was in his middle 50’s he was over 370lbs...I have seen him sit in a steel lunch-room chair & "the chair literally just exploded" sending the guys legs flying up in the air & flipping over the lunch table with everybody’s lunch on it...(This happened more than once)...

We worked in a building built in 1929 & one day the poor guy sat on the toilet & it too exploded...The guy went to the hospital from injuries...It all sounds funny but this man was constantly dieting, he was just a huge guy who could not loose weight...He could not even walk up stairs...He died when he was about 58 years old...
