He is due to be sentenced two days before the election. Rather interesting timing, wonder where they got the idea?

Is that the October suprise Rove was promising? Pretty weak if thats the case (although it would technically be an early November suprise).

"October surprise Rove was promising"

I think the October surprise was the NJ SC ruling, which the Repugs are aggressively, rabidly using to rouse the religious rabble. I wonder if it was known in legal circles when the NJ SC decision was scheduled to be announced?

Gay bashing and discrimination is MUCH more important to the bigoted religious rabble than the lost wars and lost lives in Iraq and Afghanistan.

:clap

I agree with Boutons, Believe me that is a October Suprise!

With that said let me add that it seems to me that making
fun of those that believe that life begins at conception or doesn't and
that you are not a Christian, if you believe in War is also a
pastime that some politicans and others get a kick out of.

He will more than likely die of old age before they do anything to him. I think
they will postpone his sentencing again. Everyone over there is afraid. Look at
how many have already been killed that is associated with the trail.

Have you seen the poll numbers on gay marriage. Hagee only wishes there was that much rabble.

There will just be more trials. Dude isn't going to be executed anytime soon, if ever.

What if:

He is found not guilty, released, and returns to power?

After all OJ was found Not Guilty and that trial was in the US.
