Tech has shown all year to be a 1st half team - they don't usually score much in the second half. D has to step up and keep that trend. If they do - this will still be a semi-blowout yet.

After seeing the TCU game and Mizzo game I thought there was no way even the UT "mash unit" (as the fuck announcer called it) secondary could fuck this up. Tech is pumped because they're playing the defending champs and the team that smoked them the last two years. Hopefully the D will wake up and all of the energy Tech spent in the 1st half will burn them out and cause them to come back down where they belong.

I know we're good enough to completely play like shit defensively on the road, spot Tech a 21 pt. lead and 1 quarter head start, have our damn RB lose three fumbles - and still win... but we don't have to keep proving this shit. This game really worried me because of the fact that Beasely and Palmer would see ANY time as well as Ross, Brown, and the Griffins being banged up.
