Bullard was on some show called "Rockets Insider" on FSN, and when doing his season predictions he had his rankings for the west as

1. Mavs
2. Rockets
3. Suns.

No mention of the Spurs, bizarre as that seems.

Bullard, whoever the hell that is, is a dumbass. Anybody who has the Rockets as no. 2 in the West is a dumbass.

An ex rocket who sucked but could hit the 3. I think he was on the championship teams in Houston.

Yeah, hope springs eternal here in Houston. They'll be better than they were last year, almost by default, but their wagon is still hitched to McGrady's back.
