Well, I might be down to 280lbs but by the Sunday after Turkey Day I will def be up to 290lbs.

But I am at least 4'10 3/4"..............or so.

Nah, I can't honestly believe that some might've thought I was 4'10" 285lbs.
That was funny.

Not that anything is wrong with being 4'10" or weighing 285 or whatever ('cept for health purposes though).

I'm 5'5" without heels & I do have a yellow brick doormat. :lol
Well, After Thur I will most likely be 215 or so.
I was down to 205ish before my trips to Austin/Cali/Dallas.

I do need to hit that treadmill.............being outdoors for extended periods between now & Feb will kill me with the Mtn Cedar.

I'm going to drink only on Thur/Fri of this week & not again til the Big 12/SEC championship games.
I know I know, that's not dedication but it's a start. I'm almost 40 & will never again be in the shape I was when I was in the Corps in my early 20's.
