This is the 20-story condo highrise being built at Broadway and Hildebrand Ave. on that site of what used to be Earl Abel's.
Starting price for a condo is $450,000.

Services offered to residents will include a 24-hour doorman, valet parking, housekeeping and laundry services, porter services and a catering kitchen. Costs for the condos will be between $500,000 and $3.5 million.

I'd like to see those $3.5M condos. I wonder how many of the 90+ condos will be over $1M.

SA grows up and in-fills, as well as spreading out-filling past 46.
Some serious demographic evolution in parallel with the typical sunbelt surburban/ex-urban sprawl.

ATT is across the street. I bet they are going to buy one or more "corporate apartments".

Bet they don't sell half of them.

Well, they'd have to sell that many just to begin construction (usually 60% of total units) and from what I've heard, they have.
How much would you have bet?
P.S.
Because of the success Koontz-McCombs has had with The Broadway, if/when they clear certain red tape, something really special will be going up at Hildebrand Ave. and Devine Rd.
