Venue: Another sellout at Memorial Stadium, Lincoln
Time: Friday 2:30pm CST, National Coverage by ABC
Spread: NE -15
Now this should be fun. Nebraska, having clinched the Big XII North and a trip to Kansas City two weeks ago in College Station, gets to end the season with a good chance to sweep the entire north and have fun while doing it. Despite Hawkin's claims that the Worst Day as a Buff is better than the best day as a Husker, the Colorado players will be on the ski slopes on Saturday while Nebraska is preparing to play for a possible BCS berth.
Prediction: Nebraska 42, Colorado 10
And just in case gtownspur forgot last year's Restore The Order introduction...

Remember last years game. Nebraska only had 6 wins going into the game, having lost miserably to Kansas and then beat K-State in a wild game the weeks before. Colorado was having a good season, and was ready to wrap up the north division for good.
The game was in Boulder, and Nebraska was -14 point underdogs. Nebraska, in a renewed passion took control early, and went off to a 30-3 victory, but not before the ENTIRE student section had to be escorted out of the stadium because of being unruly and throwing bottles and batteries and ice balls at their own field. Around the same time, the reason for Nebraska's new fury was discovered as the players lifted their jerseys off to reveal undershirts with a simple but strong message:
RESTORE THE ORDER.
The rest is history. Colorado would continue their losing streak long into the 2006 season, suffering miserable losses to D-IAA Montana State and Baylor, both at home. Nebraska continued to live under their new rally cry and came back from 11 points behind with 7 minutes left to defeat Michigan in the Alamobowl, and continue their success into 2006 by easily winning the Big XII North.

i remember, and i have been to every game in Boulder since A&M started playing them in the big 12 and before. their fans are the worst in the big 12...i tried to tell everyone that before.
now, i think Nebraska wins the game no matter where it is played. BUT it would be much closer in Folsom, imo. probably 2-3 TDs instead of the 5 its going to be this weekend.

I figure if we score 30 at Folsom, and Texas scores 70 on a neutral site, 100 isn't out of the question with a strong home-field advantage :toast
