Jeff Van Gundy ones said the hardest thing in coaching is coaching the player that is on the decline.

Case and point who wants Chris Webber, does any other player come to mind.

who is he coaching on the decline?

Yao and TMac are still in their primes, especially Yao. Yao will probably lead Houston to a championship eventually.

He currently has Mutombo who is 40 or so, and last year or the year before the Rockets were the oldest team in the league. He was coaching Ewing during Pat's last few years in the league as well. So he's seen his fair share of guys in their final seasons. It doesn't say if he's referring to anyone in particular or if it was just the way the question was phrased; ex. "Finish this sentence coach. The toughest part of coaching a basketball team is ____"
