The model 400sd4 gateway does not make the keyboard and sell it to you!
They say it is not even in production. You must send it in and they will charge you $299 to get a new one.
I said What! I buy from dell $15 from hp $35 and yo charge me $299
I will tell the customer and we will ebay the damm keyboard

He needs a new keyboard for his laptop, but they don't make it anymore. He called Gateway to get a price, and they said he had to send his laptop in along with $299 to have it replaced, while other laptop manufacturers charge $15 or $35 for replacement.

I think that is what he said.
