Beno Udrih
As he has for most of the season, Udrih came into the game thinking he was the Slovenian Allen Iverson. In 16 minutes, he was 2-for-7 from the field and finished with no assists. Why he’s shooting so much and not passing nearly enough is a mystery.

Beno doesn't really shoot more than the previous years.
I guess that Pop ask him to shoot a lot because he plays a lot without Duncan this year and Spurs need some scoring when Duncan and Parker are on the bench. The main reason why Beno is the backup PG over Vaughn is that he can score, if Pop ask Beno not to be aggressive on the offensive end, it makes few sense to use Beno as backup PG over Vaughn.
