but it sure did look to me like Tim and Tony were taking a pounding in that 4th quarter that were not being called at all.

I admit--I'm a Spurs fan and am biased as hell. And even with bad refs, we gave Nellie alot to take advantage of.

But sheesh--in the fourth, we couldn't buy a call.

:pctoss

"we couldn't buy a call."

We couldn't stop shit and gave up 34 pts.

They were getting pounded. We had four straight possessions with a Spur getting knocked to the ground.

They made tough shots, spurs had some calls go against them.

Thats life.

Thats life.

And basketball, you cant have every call go your way. I think fatigue started to set in the third quarter when GS made there run. The NBA is a marathon not a sprint. Lets get ready for Utah. :hungry:

so why complain now? it's fruitless and never makes the complainer look good.

Spurs to me looked very tired in 4th qtr, Which is expected after playing a back to back and the Warriors were at home coming off a day off. I will never understand why the NBA has team play to backs at times with other teams that have days off, it makes no sense at all. That did get screwed out of a few calls in the 4th but it would not have matter that much. I had to listen to the idiot broadcasters for the Warriors on league pass. All game long any call that went against the warriors they pissed and moaned about it. 2 calls 1 that Tony got and another that Finley got, the replayed clearly showed they got hit on their shot attempts and they said ahh that could have gone either way. I hate announcers that are so damn biased for their teams.

Last night was hardly a screw job. The refs let them play. I'm sure Warriors fans feel like they got jobbed too. Welcome to the NBA!

It's really simple, when the Spurs play like crap, they lose.

Spurs fans don't usually complain about the refs, because they usually get the calls.

Spur fans have no room to complain about refs.

I guess you were either drunk, had a blindfold on or both during the Mavs/Spurs playoff series last year. You got 2 games handed to you that you did not earn by any means.

Now there's a topic that's gotten too little discussion in this forum.

ya, you guys should just fold up like a dirty rag for the bottom feeders.
Did the Mavs not get beat by the Warriors too? Besides, the Warriors are 9-6, they're not a terrible team or anything.

Nothing like a win streak to help the young 'uns get their courage up and post. Takes the edge off perhaps the greatest finals choke in NBA history.

Let this be a lesson for all you aspiring Mavfans though; sleeping with your replica division title banner wrapped too tightly around you can restrict the flow of oxygen to the brain and lead to severly impaired judgement.

lol, judging by your bookie cash, you been sleeping with your relics.
My relics? Yeesh. I'll have to call up Stern and let him know the NBA's Reading is Fundamental program needs a bit more work.

I'll give you a break because you seem like a nice, although misguided, Mavfan who's probably around 15 and is mad at the world because of the headgear you need to wear to school.
