Holy $hit...this bodog fight league isn't messing around!!

http://www.sherdog.com/news/news.asp?n_id=6250

He's fighting Jeff Monson in Russia in March and Aleks will fight Antonio Silva if he wins his next fight...

Apparently the Hunt fight on NYE is the last fight on Fedor's Pride contract.

Stay tuned...wow...

WHAT?!!??! I don't think Monson stands much of a chance but it will be interesting to see Fedor fighting in a new setting. Bodog must have some DEEP pockets to make this happen.

I guess Silva won't be fighting Aleks. Will they match up Pele and Aleks? There's a huge weight difference with these two guys.

Who knows who will fight Aleks now...maybe Pele I guess...

Have you seen the Silva fight with Pele?

I think Silva just got caught and the stoppage was a little early...he was laying it on Pele pretty good before that...

I'll have to check these out on a different computer. Thanks for posting. I have been really anxious to see Junior Silva fight. I'm a sucker for the "freak matches" but apparently Junior is a freak with some skills.

This will be a great day in mma history. We need to see some crossover with some of these guys that are so "branded" by their respective orgs. It will be such a breath of fresh air for all of us fans.

The Miller-Trigg fight was cool. I'd comment on it more, but I don't want to be a spoiler.

Bodog is definatley a big player in the game now. As far as Fedor leaving Pride, there will no doubt be a bidding war for Fedor after he completes his Pride contract.

I couldn't believe how good Trigg looked. He truly dominated Miller. He has a new camp in Vegas and a new workout regimen. It shows.

I'm happy for Trigg in his victory and his return to mma. Didn't it seem premature when he retired from fighting? He had some tough losses over the last couple of years but I always thought with some good training that he could still be top level guy or atleast a good gatekeeper. Plus there's no shame in losing to GSP and Hughes. It just seemed like he gave up on fighting too soon. I'm glad to see him back.

I have to admit that I was predicting the Mayhem victory by sub. Trigg proves the doubters (myself included) wrong!

Do you know who Trigg is training with in Vegas?

Not sure...

the big news is that he defended Mayhem's RNC attempt... :lol

He looked solid...I wouldn't mind seeing him back in the UFC at 170 or 185...same with Mayhem...
