On this ,our 229th birthday of our Corps (10 November), I look back over the
years that I served and wish that I could start anew that exciting journey
that I embarked upon in June 1953. Due to age that is an impossibility. What
I can do is support our Marines of today and wish them Gods Speed and
protection while they combat terrorism throughout Iraq and the World.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARINES..... GOD BLESS OUR CORPS.
