iPod Help

hello, i have a couple videos i want to put on my ipod. i have a converter thing so i convert them all but when i click them to open into itunes the only thing that happens is itunes opens up. i cant even get it to play in itunes. anyone know whats wrong? any help will be greatly appreciated.

you'll need them in mpeg4 before you can put them on. you would then need to import them into iTunes to load them onto your iPod.

i converted them into mpeg4 files and then tried to import them into itunes, thats my problem. it should be working i think.
