can I give someone software after I down loaded it?

I have a PC game that I down loaded on my system last year and I wanted to give the disc to a friend at work is that wrong, can I get in trouble?

So then it's still wrong? I have the case it came in, I just feel guilty giving it away and it is still on my PC. :depressed
