If you want a great truck go buy yourself the Ford F150, or even better the F250.

They're Chopper approved. :tu

Yeah I looked at the F-150 my dad has one and it is nice but I have my heart set on the Dodge Ram.

I just bought an F150 in early August.

I researched trucks for 3 months before I bought.

The frame on the Ford is twice as good as the Dodge. If you want a supercab, which I did, the back seat area is much better with the Ford. The other factor that made a difference for me was the interior design and the fit and finish. The Fords are pretty nicely put together on the inside. I owned an '88 Dodge Ram and the 2006 version wasn't much better on the inside.

But those Dodge's are badass on the exterior, I have to admit. I was 21 when I bought my first Dodge Ram and I picked it over Ford because of the exterior. Now, 18 years later I've converted to Ford because of the interior and the frame.

I guess I'm truly getting old.

If you can get the Cummings diesel, the Dodge is a great truck. The Ram Sport with the 21" wheels is a pretty sweet ride too.

We have an F150 SC also. We've driven it out twice from here to CA. It's pretty comfy. Ours has the bench seat in front, so when my parents come to town, we don't have to take 2 cars when we go somewhere.

However, I hate driving it cuz it feels like I'm driving a boat and can't park it worth a damn. The only problem we've had with it is that the back sliding glass window doesn't always open (it's electric). That and the fact that my husband kinda messed up the passenger door mirror, but we won't talk about that :nerd

I always knew I loved ya!

I love my Ford. The only thing I didn't like was spending $108 to fill it up when gas was hovering around $3/gallon.

:)

The only time I really drive it is when I take the dog to the vet. And when I do, I have to park far, far away because I'm afraid I'm gonna hit someone. Thank God for park assist!

A friend of mine just got one of those Ram 150's in the double cab version and I am VERY impressed...the back seat is HUGE and the truck is very comfortable...also very quiet...

Thatt truck might actually convert me from my Chevy HD2500s...

You've never tried to park a Chevy truck.

:lmao

I don't park mine, I dock it. Drive a Chevy 4X4 and you better get good at backing into parking places LOL

The Dodge Viper Powered Pick up is nice...V-10 engine, 9 MPG, small gas tank, you can’t tow with it, you will not want to get it dirty...But if you already have a work pick up & don’t want a Vet...It is a cool ride....

Trucks are God's gift to transportation.

If you've been blessed by the spirit you'd understand.

The new ones are 4 doors...They are one of the fastest cars on the road....It is kind of for the guy who wants a second car & not a Corvette...”Weekends only”...They are very very nice...I think the fit & finish is beautiful....

Congrats on the new truck and here's hoping gas don't go back to $3/gallon any time soon ...
