Terence Newman and Darrent Williams

I saw a black "27" on the back of Newman's helmet. I am pretty sure it was for Darrent Williams. Don't know if anyone else did this also.

Its a testament to the kind of person Williams was that one of his peers honored him in this way.

Why did that guy get blasted, btw? I've been in Europe the past ten days and have been tuned out of the NFL world.

It was a drive by shooting after a New Years Eve party. I don't thing they have a reason yet. I am not sure though.
