AFC vs. NFC

After watching the four games this weekend, I've come to the conclusion (in my opinion) that the NFC has absolutely no shot against the AFC this year. The two NFC games were sloppy, terribly played games by both teams, while the Colts and the Pats looked like actual NFL players all joined together to form two actual teams.

Honestly, I think they should play the AFC championship game and then call it quits for the year.

The only good thing about the NFC is that the Saints could make it, and at least they would be fun to cheer for in the Super Bowl. Other then that, the NFC blows this year.

I would agree. The balance of power has definetly shifted this decade and should continue this year.

No, it's not that I'm just figuring it out, and no, I'm not just talking about superbowl differences between conferences. I guess what I mean is that I've never really compared the level of play between the two divisions until this weekend.

The NFC games were just such terribly played football games. Not that the Jets or Chiefs did anything great but watching the Pats and the Colts play versus the two teams that won in the NFC, it's night and day.
